For this Curtice, Ohio customer we removed all landscaping rock that had been in place for years as well as all the overgrown shrubs, stumps and roots that were in the way. Once all was out, we corrected grade to divert water away from the foundation of the home and then seeded, fertilized and put straw so the area will be reclaimed as just a regular part of the yard. Nice, clean and simple needing much less time and attention to take care of.
