This homeowner near Monclova, Ohio had an old red barn that had seen a few too many years on his property. The unsafe structure was brought down slow and easy with all unwanted contents disposed of as well. The same property also featured a concrete block garage  (2 sections) that were no longer wanted as well. Nick and Jr. (Nicholas) worked together with the mini excavator and skid steer track loader to demolish the garage and  load all construction and unwanted household debris left over in it into numerous dumpsters & removed from the property. Unfortunately, our camera batteries died before getting the final ‘money shot’ of beautiful space restored without the debris. The homeowner got to see it, though and has ‘reclaimed the space’ for more productive use.
