This property was extremely overgrown and in violation of the county health department and city regulations.

The owner reached out to A+ Equipment Services and Excavation to help her  get back into compliance and avoid fines / charges. We notified the city/county representative that we’d been hired to do the work as well as it’s expected completion date.

As you can see in the time lapse video, Paths were cleared, debris was removed, Ivy was torn out, Fence line was cleared, property was bushes and hedges were trimmed, everything was weeded and an overall yard clean up was performed. The plywood boards were re-secured as well for the vacant property.

When done, we notified the country representative of the work’s completion and shared an album of before and after photos  to show evidence of her compliance and fulfillment of what was required. Notifications (citations and being cited) from the city of violations is intimidating. We’re here to help should ever the need arise!
