Yard Repair after City Repaired Water Lines & Drain Tile Installation – Progression from start to finish – April 2026 – A+ Equipment Services and Excavation

This customer had water line repairs done that left a bit of any eyesore. A long dirt path through the yard that needed attention. Our crew repaired the damaged areas with fresh soil, corrected graded along the full path, spread fresh seed and installed straw with tack to help protect the see while it grows. Once nature takes its course, the patch will be gone and just nice yard will remain. The customer also had exposed drain tiles near their foundation that had no safe place to drain. A new drain tile was needed. The men dug one trench for the new drain tile to go. They installed a Y fitting to connect tiles near home to new drain tile. They put a pop-up emitter at the far end. they put stone in the area or water coming out of the tile to disperse. Back-filled over full trench, spread fresh seed and then straw with tack. The new tile should move the water far enough away from the home to prevent damage/ keep water from the foundation.
