Nature has a way of always trying to take over. This walk-out patio was no exception. Heavy erosion caused the edges of the patio to be overtaken and dirt/yard encroached into what was supposed to be patio space. We helped the homeowner reclaim their space, corrected grade of the surrounding yard, created hard positive grade edges and recreated/reinforced the retaining wall to define the space effectively.
