Correcting Grade at the Foundation with Landscaping & Black Mulch Install

While completing a bush removal project for this customer, we noticed some areas with negative grade around her home. The lead onsite brought the potential issues to the customer’s attention (as mentioned below). She asked we come back to look at correcting the grade and also doing some landscaping flowerbed cleanup and mulch installation as well.

Could not have been happier! Your team did an excellent job and were very friendly and Jose explained a few things to me that I didn't know. Once again I thank you. Jose did mention that I need some fill dirt along side the garage, maybe under the kitchen window and along side the house by the porch where the 2 bushes came out. And also if possible to mulch (black mulch) in front along the side and under the window in the back. If you could when you get time give me an estimate on that? We proposed the following project scope & got to work!

RE: Landscaping & Grade
- Rake out Rocks Near Kitchen Window
- Remove Landscaping Edging Under Kitchen Window
- Install A Total of 3 yards of Topsoil where rocks were removed and along garage where bushes were removed.
- Grade soil to shed water away from structures
- Reinstall Landscape Edging
- Install 1 ton of #6 Stone where rocks were removed
- Prep beds around home for mulch
- Weed beds and weed ship around block edging in front of home
- Vut down soil where too high to the right side of side entrance at driveway
- Pick up and remove debris
- Iinstall a total of 3 yards of black mulch in front, side and back flower beds
- Rake off mulch
- Customer to seed as needed
- Dispose of old debris
